Next Level Thermoforming Capabilities

Visual Pak Plastics and Engineering strives to stay on top of automation that maximizes production output and efficiency to deliver savings that we pass along to you. Due to increased demand for our services, we are growing!

And to help facilitate this growth, we have invested in yet another thermoforming line. This new line will add additional capacity to maintain and improve our current service level to our customers. Our latest automatic pressure forming machine addition, Kiefel KMD 78.1 Speedpack, offers a flexible and reliable robot-stacking system designed for high-speed production and economical even for smaller quantities.

This speedformer brings a unique kiss-cut system that delivers the highest quality cutting results and stacking, eliminating disruption in the thermoforming production process. The stacking station can be stacked upwards, down, tilting, or inline pick and place. It essentially moves a table vertically to deliver the finished goods on a conveyor system to those packing at the line and is the first of its kind in the US.

This next-level speedformer contains a pyrometer for measuring the film temperature and automatic adjustment of the heating power to ensure stable forming conditions. No matter what market or industry, we have a wide range of capabilities and work with different plastic materials.
